I have been working at Appleton full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Very good pay. Dedicated employees from mid-management down.

    Cons

Dangerous work if you are in production or maintenance. Safety measures are relaxed by management when machines are causing down time. Upper management expects everyone else to "take one for the team," but they are above it all, and make no sacrifices for the betterment of the company. Executives always get caught up in the latest buzzwords and efficiency programs, but rarely follow through with results analysis. Business is in general decline with a number of closed locations in the last decade.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach and lead by example for a change.
