    Pros

It is a company full of great people with strong talents and a good reputation for quality and integrity. The director I support is committed to the success of the company and committed to my success as well.

    Cons

You must use PTO days if you are sick; there are no sick days available. Most US employers offer their workers 10 paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation, two personal days, and 8 sick leave days per year.

    Advice to Management

Assume that some things will go wrong and poke around to find out what they might be. Instead of waiting for problems to come to you, ask questions! Be clear about what you need people to do, whether it’s instructions on a project or a message about performance.

    Pros

Great place, lets you develop with guidance, no micromanaging

    Cons

Too many people in groups that have been working together for too long. It's hard for managers to be effective when the employees they are managing went to school with the manager and have worked with them for 20 years. Shuffling people around and bringing in new faces and new ideas can only benefit this company

    Pros

Bleeding edge technology that is far and away ahead of all the rest. Fantastic products that are molding the future of the Semi Cap Equip industry.

    Cons

Big Company mindset. Employees are a necessary evil. Too much politics influencing bad decision being made. OldBoy / Favorites network runs deep here even when it defies all logic.

    Advice to Management

Be better plugged into the folks actually doing the work Vs. the leads taking all the credit for getting things done. Don't start believing the BS that is preached when there is no foundation for it. Keep it real and not just perceived.
