    Pros

The owners are NOT just concerned about being profitable. Instead they are committed to dealing fairly with employees, vendors and customers. Providing a quality product without over burdening key employees is very important.

    Cons

Being a small company they are somewhat bounced about by current economic instability and the requirements of key vendors and customers.

    Pros

    Easy commute, good location.
Mostly good people to work with.
Some brilliant people around that you can learn a lot from.
Fairly adept at keeping us up to date with latest PCs, tools, etc.
Management looks for new challenging business opportunities.

    Cons

Sometimes the new business opportunities don't have a chance of making any money for the company.
No pay raises or even hopes in several years, not competitive in salary.
    Medical benefits are so so.

    Advice to Management

Need to be more open about where individuals stand with the company.
Stick with what works as far as projects go, more money makers, less money losers.
