    Pros

Good vacation time-2 weeks and 1 week personal.

    Cons

Constant turnover. 15 cent raises. Not a lot of room to move up but you wouldn’t even want to because the responsibility is not worth the stress.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees.

I have been working at Apria Healthcare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great place to work for those people who like little input or oversight by direct reporting manager.

    Cons

Mediocre benefits. No people development from managers.

    Advice to Management

Get a leadership development program running that takes perspective Managment throughout the company country wide to help get a global view instead of sitting at the corporate offices in California and think what works there should work for all 50 state employees ( it doesn’t)

I worked at Apria Healthcare full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, autonomy and flexibility.

    Cons

No annual reviews so performance is not rated or compensated (ie no consistent raises) for operations staff.

    Advice to Management

Institute annual reviews and hold people accountable for performance on the operations side of the company, not just sales.
