    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Aprilaire full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent benefits, decent pay and the company really values its employees. Great place to work if you know you will be happy doing the same thing for a very long time.

    Cons

Little to no room for advancement. Employees like the place so much that they rarely leave, and there isn't much growth, but it is a very stable company. The company lags behind a little in innovation. Leadership has no diversity -- it's a old boys club mentality.

    Advice to Management

Encourage innovation and personal growth. The company seems too satisfied with business as usual with no vision for innovation.

    Cons

Assembly work is repetitive but that is to be expected in this line of work
