    Worked remotely with a great team! Flexible and understanding manager. I wish I never left!!

    Pros

    Most coworkers were rather pleasant, and it probably had the best HR department of any place I've worked.

    Cons

    Very stressful, long hours, not great pay

    Good working environment. Work pressure is less. Good place to start your career.

    Cons

    Very bad management. Favouratism is there. Very bad salary. No scope for career growth.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of employees. pay attention to employees salary.

    Pros

    Flexibility, opportunity to work with large brands and organizations. Remote working opportunities since organization is ahead of the curve in cutting cost by letting various employees have home offices.

    Cons

    Not much of an office culture. Compensation is below average for sales and account management employees.

    Advice to Management

    Better compensation packages for employees working in sales and account management.

    Low pay since the cost at which work is delivered is also very low, this is generic for Elearning industry and not only for Aptara

    Great co-workers and very varied work

    Cons

    Many people worked out of the office and sometimes it was difficult to coordinate with people working from home.

    flexible schedule
    Interesting variety of projects
    Solid salary
    Standard benefits
    Wonderful, intelligent, capable colleagues
    Access to valuable connections to the industry

    Cons

    No communication from leadership
    No strategy or vision for company service offerings
    Little collaboration with other departments (very silo'd)
    Low morale among employees (on shore and offshore)

    Advice to Management

    Let your employees know what's going on, or you'll see many resignations within the next few months. Don't keep us in the dark
