    For responsible individuals who desire to work in the water and wastewater industry the company is growing and provides an excellent platform for development as well as job security. The diversity of job skills and potential to grow is remarkable.

    Cons

    The company operates efficiently which means it drives costs which are passed to consumers in rate cases. Expect a lean go-getter culture.

    Even though safety precautions are focused on, they are rarely kept track of.

    Very laid back atmosphere, more like a big family.

    Some find it hard to move up, it your happy with not advancing in your career. This is a great place to call home.

    Pros

    I am able to work Monday - Friday with out having to work on week-ends and they never have mandatory overtime. Love the ability to do special projects and some time am able to travel to other states to visit with the customer face to face.

    Cons

    the area i work in is not fair when it comes to attendance. the supervisor comes in late and so it makes it hard to say something to others when the person that should be there on time does not. also those that work, they work harder and those that do not they let slide. really unfair in that respect. that includes promotions.

    Advice to Management

    everyone including the supervisor should have to log into the system to show what time they come in if ever. this includes the lead customer service rep and supervisor and i am sure they will be surprised at what they find.
