    I worked at Aquent as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Agents and benefits staff was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. Compared to a "regular" company, benefits are basic but better than nothing. When I had problems with my workstation, Aquent sent an ergonomic specialist to my site to give me an evaluation (at their expense).

    Cons

    The agent I worked with was not able to answer many of my questions during the hiring process. She referred me to a manager, but he was out of town for a week, which delayed the answer further.
