Known Bank, have a good share in the market.

    Cons

Not a good place to work for its not a healthy environment, lots of politics and they are making alliances to protect their existence in the bank specially HR. Projects takes ages to be achieved.
Some of the management personal are competent but most are not.
They don't pay well, not healthy environment.
Change your management team, or at least assess their real value.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Arab African International Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

My experience at AAIB is informed by both professional and personal enrichment. Not only have I collaborated to generate value in a dynamic work ecosystem but also, probably more importantly, I have been motivated by more personal sides of performing daily functions and, not least, reporting (independently or collaboratively) to a highly appreciative and innovative Division Head.
Notably, I enjoyed working in a cooperative, communication-friendly workplace. Indeed, AAIB has a corporate culture promoting sharing (not hoarding) knowledge and skills among staff.

    Cons

On flip side, AAIB has had, however, a highly stable promotion structure. Specifically, notwithstanding invested efforts for moving higher in corporate ladder, few, if any, appeared to want to leave, only making looking for an alternative elsewhere an increasingly viable option. If anything, AAIB has been a retail banking school par excellence: offering extensive sales competencies orientations and development and capable of effectively managing human capital by optimum sales account assignments.

    Advice to Management

    Expansion
