    Pros

Pretty good pay & benefits. Has good training programs for employees. Will try to offer your advancement in your career.

    Cons

Poor organization and communication. Need to obtain more accounts to give opportunities to grow within the company locally.

    Advice to Management

Test everything fully before releasing to accounts. Don't waste money on redbooks, they are useless if you have good Managers. Work on review process, reward employees that excel with a higher increase than those who do the bare minimum or under perform.

I worked at Aramark part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Worked at a stadium, had fun co-workers, people were excited for game days, decent pay for part time work. There was some down time before the games, but also some big rushes where you were extremely busy.

    Cons

Management was mostly absent and rarely fulfilled request. They continually understaffed events. It can be tiring to be on your feet all day after a long week of full time work. Glad I have moved on, but it was good pay at the time.

    Advice to Management

I realize the bottom line is important, but being cheap often affects employee turnover and morale/ customer service in the long run. Staff events properly.

    Pros

The opportunities for personal growth are huge. One of the best executive training environments- both formal and informal- in corporate America.

    Cons

Loyalty does not count for much .Employees are frequently "thrown under the bus" by senior management when involved in disputes with clients.

    Advice to Management

For a company that frequently provides multiple services and jobs in the communities in which it operates, it exhibits very little in the way of corporate social responsibility. With its tremendous human resources and intellectual capacity Aramark could significantly impact many vexing quality of life issues.in communities surrounding venues it services.
