    Pros

    Always fair and on timne with compensation. Staff was professional and well trained in their positions.

    Cons

    Some cases to big for their own good as the upper managment doesnt know how good their staff is because their to far removed from it.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on getting to know as many of the support staff below you as possible. You would vbe gladly surprised and promote quicklyfrom within to fill upper ranks as they become available.

    Pros

    Clean working environment to work in. Free breakfast and lunch daily. All major holidays and weekends off.

    Cons

    We had to fight to become unionized because of failure to meet employees rights regarding pay, overtime, breaks and treatment of employees.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your workers as human beings. Remember you have someone you have to answer to.

    Aramark has good benefits, and is a union job.

    Cons

    Disorganized. Terrible HR. And no sense of direction. Everything came really late, my benefits didn't apply until I stopped working there.

    Can't think of any. That you have a job. People are nice. Customers are nice.

    Plenty. Expensive benefits. No training. No focus on continuous improvement.
