I have been working at Aramark full-time

    Pros

There is upward mobility within Aramark. Within two months I was promoted. They offer many resources to help build skills that include weekly online training and off-site training for new hires at select Aramark locations.

    Cons

Unfortunately, in my experience the chains-of-command have very poor communication and the corporation does not take rejection well.
