I have been working at Aramark full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Upward mobility has been great for me

    Cons

Corporate Mumbo jumbo keeping good managers bogged down reporting instead of supporting the team and interfacing with guests. Yes yes .

    Advice to Management

Take a close look at how to get your leadership teams in front of the guest and out of the back office. Upper management needs to learn what it is like to use these systems.

    - Decent starting wages and annual raises
    - Always felt appreciated
    - Able to participate in recipe creation

I have been working at Aramark full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Casual work environment. Onsite fitness center and food service

    Cons

Pay is very low. Stingy with raises, even when they decide to give them. Management is shady and will lie to you, and about you to HR. Management will has one set of rules for those they want gone and another set for those they want to proper. If they want you gone, they will set you up to fail.

    Advice to Management

Get a grip on reality and see that those are people working for you not machines. Don't be fake and don't lie.
