I worked at Aramark part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is better than other minimum wage jobs. They offer job placement and training programs to college students who worked with them while in school.

    Cons

Extremely corporate culture. My manager lived in fear of his superiors if everything didn't go exactly as it was supposed to. they are so corporate it is almost like a heartless company culture that treats employees like another cog in their money making machine.
