This is a good role to introduce someone to The life of an HR generalist. You will do a lot of the admin work associated with HR, but you will have the opportunity to learn along the way. There are opportunities to move to different Aramark contracts around the country if you’re willing to relocate.
Cons
The pay isn’t great for the amount of work you will be doing. You will work long hours some days and Aramark’s support for field HR leaders isn’t great.

Favoritism with some management and employees , long hours, no overtime, running back and forth. Rushing when doing this type of work you cannot rush
