    Pros

    > Good place to start-off with as a first job
    > Good culture - open door policy
    > First name basis policy
    > A lot of employee engagement initiatives are taken

    Cons

    > Too much politics
    > Deserving candidates are not given due recognition
    > Managers do not know what is happening within their teams and during appraisals and hikes, the manager does not really fight for you if you really deserve that promotion and hike
    > Difficult to switch projects
    > HR dept. is pathetic and highly disappointing

    Advice to Management

    > Transport facilities atleast from office to Metro/Bus stop/Station is a must

I worked at Aranca full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1) A very employee friendly place to work
    2) Some good projects
    3) Effective employee engagement
    4) Steep learning curve - Some great projects, good mentors and lot of training and peer help

    Cons

    1) Favoritism: Every manager has their favorite consultants/ Sr. Consultants who will get out our turn promotions, travel and good hikes
    2) Location: To travel to and fro from Powai is a nightmare. No nearby stations and the area is always congested.
    3) High Income Disparity: The company claims to have bands for each designation. But there are many instances of a consultant earning more than senior consultant, Sr. consultant earning more than a AM and so on.

    Advice to Management

    1) Please get some better projects
    2) Favoritism is a big problem and a lot of exits can be expected among consultant/ Sr. Consultant level.
