I have been working at Arapahoe Community College full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working with students directly and assisting them in the college going process. Having the freedom and flexibility to implement initiatives has been helpful.

    Cons

Not accessible to all students and there's a high need to enhance recruitment efforts, specially targeted towards undeserved populations in the Denver-metro area.

I worked at Arapahoe Community College (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This was a wonderful place to work, they are very supportive and flexible. I enjoyed my tenure there. They value their students and truly hope for best outcomes.

    Cons

The pay is quite low, ultimately this was the reason I had to resign. My time was being torn in other professional directions and this was the least rewarding financially speaking.

I have been working at Arapahoe Community College part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Enthusiastic students and compassionate boss. This institution really cares about the students and their success.

    Cons

Always one student who doesn't want to be in class. Too much expectation and material to cover in an 80 hour course.

    Advice to Management

It might be best to break future animation courses into several semesters.
