    Pros

Schedule flexibility, compensation, employee incentives, bonuses. Management is very approachable & accomodating. Wide variety of shifts, locations and types of positions.

    Cons

At times, coordinators are a bit pushy regarding the acceptance of shifts and aggressively recruit you to accept a shift.

    Advice to Management

Overall, the management team is approachable and accomodating. If possible, the coordinators could be encouraged to be a little less aggressive in booking shifts.
