    I worked at Arby's part-time

    Pros

    Co-workers were friendly and supportive.
    Food discount.
    Good environment.
    Fairly consistent work hours.

    Cons

Working behind the counter on hot summers days sucked, because it would get so hot working by the fryer.
A little drama between workers and some picked favorites.
Changed managers and new manager fired so many friendly and hard working people, also really cut back the hours of the workers that were hired by the former manager.

    Advice to Management

    Don't pick favorites
