    The Employers seem to really care.
    You most likely will be treated well
    Youl build a bond with your customers and co-workers

    Cons

    It is a greasy work place.
    There are certain situations where management isnt good, but not in Saint Paul on University whenever Ralph was there! Him and Michael Simpson are awesome.

    Advice to Management

    Just have your stuff organized and you should be fine. Be understanding, but not too understanding. LISTEN to your team members advice and see what would make them happy and take in to consideration what they have to say.

    Working every weekend and holiday. Also it’s fast food

    Pros

    Flexible hours with benefits. Perfect if you need to work around college or if you have a second job or kids.

    Cons

    Management can short staff during shifts. If I needed a day off I would have to let them know way in advanced.

    Advice to Management

    Please schedule more people to cover shifts

    My place had:
    flexible hours, $10 free lunch, position flexibility

    Cons

    Low pay
    Managers don't have enough power to change anything
    You especially don't either

    Try and relate with your workers,

    Pros

    Customers and coworkers, I love working with and around people, it makes the job a lot more fun. I also enjoy working the Cash Register and Headset, it’s fun.

    Cons

    Sometimes we have periods where it gets dead, and it’s boring but I always find something to keep myself busy!
