    The Employers seem to really care.
    You most likely will be treated well
    Youl build a bond with your customers and co-workers

    Cons

    It is a greasy work place.
    There are certain situations where management isnt good, but not in Saint Paul on University whenever Ralph was there! Him and Michael Simpson are awesome.

    Advice to Management

    Just have your stuff organized and you should be fine. Be understanding, but not too understanding. LISTEN to your team members advice and see what would make them happy and take in to consideration what they have to say.

    Great people good work ethic fun loving & always warm welcoming

    Cons

    A lot of coming and going team member wise need more consistency. Also, need to be taught from top down how we should not only treat our superiors w gratitude & respect but all employees who show hard work diligence & care & concern for an establishment that's not even there's although thwy should feel in a sense it is because where you work what you do & how you do it all have a huge roll in what you are perceived as in the career field.

    Pros

    Hours and shifts are flexible. Friendly environment. Pay is decent enough for fast food, and there are career opportunities if you wish to pursue them.

    Cons

    It's a food service job, so expect the usual downsides that come with it.

    Advice to Management

    Keep treating your employees like family. It really does mean a lot.

    There were no cons, but to be fair I only stayed 2-3 months
