I worked at Arby's full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people. The job in general. It's usually pretty busy there. And most of the time it was fun as crap to be there... When certain people were working :) everyone has those good and bad coworker relationships. I even miss the bad ones.

    Cons

Not really any cons to list. Great place to work. Wish I didn't get fired.

    I worked at Arby's

    Pros

Outstanding growth potential. I have worked for other companies that really made me appreciate Mosaic Arby’s even more, our company had annual meetings where the core of the company including the owner, and his colleagues would attend and spend the day together my last year it was held at Dave and Busters where we dug deeper into our company and came together as one. No other company I’ve worked for does anything ... comparable. Most haven’t even met their sister stores let alone the owner. It’s genuinely a good company, they care and invest in their people.

    Cons

Within 4 years I honestly can’t think of any cons

    Advice to Management

To most everyone I thank you for caring about your people. I’ve worked under 2 amazing General Managers and I’m very thankful for that. I have grown not only as a person but I also have more confidence. I learned more than I ever expected. I started as a Team member and worked my way to assistant and was actually training for Gm but sadly I had to resign due to childcare issues or lack of.

I have been working at Arby's full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Responsibilities requested to run the store are realistic and upper management is very helpful. One of the hardest working district managers I’ve ever worked for.

    Cons

Talent pool is not very deep. Tough to staff at times.

I worked at Arby's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fairly easy job, some coworkers really made the job easier and fun

    Cons

Certain people were favored and allowed to play on their phones the majority of their shift or socalize which led to management punishing others for not working hard enough. Management was constantly bad mouthing employees in front of other employees, creating a hostile work environment. Closing shifts were horrible, lasting until 2am sometimes yet we were still criticized for not doing enough.

    Advice to Management

Stop the favortism and drama just for the sake of making your work life more interesting. Actually start caring about employees. Dont compensate for employees who just stand around by yelling at the working employees and telling them they arent good enough.
