    I have been working at Arby's full-time

    Pros

If you are in the right store its amazing, I loved my job here for almost 8 years

    Cons

There is no advancement if you dont suck up to your Area Supervisor. They often screw you on raises. More interested in promoting people externally than those that have been loyal for years

    Advice to Management

Reevaluate your Area Supervisors, they are snakes

I have been working at Arby's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Rewarding, love to be on my feet. I also liked running my own shifts and making sure everything ran smoothly. I love the atmosphere.

    Cons

I don't learn anything new. After my training they threw me into shifts and I haven't learned very much since.

    Advice to Management

    Teach more.

    I worked at Arby's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Hours are plentiful due to the obnoxiously high turnover rate. At least at the store I worked at anyway.

    Cons

Too many cons to list. Pay was not competitive with other fast food joints in the area. Customers and management constantly put me down and made me feel less human every single day.

    I have been working at Arby's full-time

    Pros

You learn a lot about the difference meats and cheeses. Once you are 18 you can use the slicers. You get certified and also learn how to take the slicer apart to clean and put back together.

    Cons

The pay to me personally is not enough for the what has to be done .

    Advice to Management

I am willing to become a manager I just want proper training so I know I do do my job. I learn by being hands on
