    Advice to Management

Ask a lot of questions. Be annoying about want to learn. Pay attention to everything being taught to you.

    I worked at Arby's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I feel I was unprofessionally treated and terminated by the SM. I would have stayed with this company, for several reasons, despite very nominal 'training' after hire and other inclusions that may make someone feel just a transitory 'employee.' I would really rather forget about the SM's avoidance of then dismissal of me. I was not even told I had been reviewed nor terminated. I don't think the main company knew I had been taken out.

    Cons

Not enough training nor opportunity to prove mettle in all store areas, such as DT
    Profanity- all over
    Not good for vegetarian consciences

    Advice to Management

Don't be so double dealing with well intentioned employees nor "good" ones

    I worked at Arby's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

USBeef corporate locations: Learning and training opportunities within the food industry for interested individuals, Learn the tips and tricks of food substitutions off of the menu to suit your dietary needs, decent entry-level position for first-time workers.

    Cons

Lack of competitive pay and advancement opportunity, fluctuating schedules even for "set" schedule positions, minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Hire competent General Managers, 1st and 2nd Assistant Managers, as well as Shift Leads, not solely based on seniority. When your crew member can run a location better than the GM, there is an issue.
