      Pros

Great benefits Good bonus POTENTIAL Fun culture IN restaraunt / co-workers

      Cons

LONG LONG Hours. Min requirement = 48 hours a week. You end up working 50-70 hours most weeks. Since it is a salary position, your average hourly wage is significantly reduced. Very difficult to staff restaraunt when the company only pays team members $7.25-$7.50/hr. The team members you do find willing tobwork for such little amout, often call off, do not want to put in real effort, and quit without notice. But who can blame them. Depending on your area supervisor, you will either recieve great mentorship and guideance, or a tyrant. Its a crap shoot. Bonus is also a con. If you are placed in a low volume or inner city location, you most likely won't get one, or it will be very small. Do not let the bonus potential sway your descision if considering working at Arbys. You cannot count on it. Company will pay a male GM significantly more than a female. I seen 3 hired in after me with less experience making $5-$10k more than me. Even had 2 different MALE Assistant managers hired one at the same as me (Training GM) and the other more. Also, out of the 10ish Area Supervisors in the Indy area, why were there only 3 female area supervisors and 0 directors, executives, or vps?
