I worked at Arc'teryx full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Great company in many ways. A lot of amazing people work there. There's also a lot of impressive innovation you have access to, as well as production equipment.

    Cons

Poor management within certain departments Very slow to adjust to developments in the industry outside of itself. Very rigid job roles.

    Advice to Management

Allow employees easier access to move between departments if appropriate. Senior managers should keep a closer eye on department managers.
