I have been working at Arc'teryx

    Pros

    Great Product and cool coworkers

    Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing, management is selfish, management does not care about employees, low pay, no reward for hard work, no organization, management too cooperate, takes advantage of employees, favoritism, never hire from within, no opportunity for growth

    Advice to Management

    Care more about your employees

    I worked at Arc'teryx

    Pros

The people are very great to work with; everyone is friendly and helpful. Most people are motivated to create, build, and sell great product that supports an active lifestyle

    Cons

The workload is heavy at times, given the cyclical nature of the business. Because of this, sometimes work/life balance are difficult to maintain.

    Advice to Management

Continue to improve processes in the support areas of the business and all will be good!
