I have been working at Arcadia full-time

    Pros

Great office space, good benefits, flexible hours, summer hours.
You will learn a lot. A great place to really get to grips and have a broad understanding of the entire breadth of the wider fast fashion retail business.
I feel encouraged to have a strong work/life balance which is important to me.

    Cons

'Do more with less' attitude given by senior management. Not enough resource. Development and progression very slow. After 4 years in the business I have seen very few people get promoted from within.

Very little investment in future growth strategy of the business. They only care about the immediate and short term ROI with every project.
Not enough investment in stores or advances in ecomm which I think will ultimately be their downfall. Not big risk takers in any area.
Very safe operators which makes it challenging (but not impossible) to get any new ideas implemented. Budget sign off process is ridiculous. Not enough trust in middle management.
