    Pros

    Wonderful Library Staff, extremely helpful and understanding. Good preparation for the real world.

    Cons

    Difficult to truly get a feel for the real world of business as we mostly only ever deal with other college students.

    Employees are comprised of Interesting, diverse people from a range of academic backgrounds.

    Cons

    Compensation is, as to be expected, not overly competitive. Limited resources lead to a culture slow to evolve and change.

    Strike a balance between maintaining much of the existing, welcoming community atmosphere while making harder decisions around finances and resources,

    Management does not promote, no promotions offered in over 5 years. No professional development offered. New ideas are not considered by management.

    A lot of the people you work are really amazing and wonderful.

    Cons

    There are no true checks and balances for holding anyone accountable, the mechanics in place are a smoke screen, so it's a lot of wasted energy by those who care without any change or addressing the issues.

    Pros

    There are several opportunities to create courses in different programs There are also opportunities for both faculty and staff to lead travel abroad

    Cons

    The institution has been managing growing pains and inconsistent leadership for several years. Current attempts to reduce deficits that exist have essentially pushed people out which counters the culture employees have come to know and trust.

    Student working is a good way to balance school while being a student

    Only being able to work up to 9 hours a week. It's a little less than a part-time job
