    I have been working at Arcadia University part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    There are several opportunities to create courses in different programs There are also opportunities for both faculty and staff to lead travel abroad

    Cons

    The institution has been managing growing pains and inconsistent leadership for several years. Current attempts to reduce deficits that exist have essentially pushed people out which counters the culture employees have come to know and trust.

    Student working is a good way to balance school while being a student

    Cons

    Only being able to work up to 9 hours a week. It's a little less than a part-time job

    Great student athletes, nice facilities, beautiful campus

    Cons

    administration is abusive and doesn't respect employees. Staff is used and abused. No work life balance
