I have been working at Arcadia.io full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The working environment is very dynamic, it is a process of learning when you are working there. Nice colleagues around.

    Cons

Lack benefits of very big companies but still growing and is good for consultants and business analysts. Space for salary :p

    Advice to Management

    No so far.

I worked at Arcadia.io full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

In the right space, challenging work when available. Some peers were really great to work with and provided excellent support and assistance. These are people I will remain in contact with for life.

    Cons

Arrogant peers focused on their school credentials rather than their work accomplishments. We all attended great schools but time to prove what you can do as an individual. Management is a mixed bag, most of the good ones (and very bad) have left the company, only a couple holdovers from the acquisition are great and still with the company. You will quickly learn there are managers with favorites who get the... easiest work and the most recognition, it's a shame as so many work very hard, get no support and wind up leaving, typically to a client. Interview process was pathetic, took forever, met with a dozen people and took months, I have heard similar experience from others. Mgt drives employees to force additional hours on projects to meet forecast and sales commission this makes for very disgruntled employees who feel they are cheating clients.

    Advice to Management

Great marketing pitch and in the right space with limited competition, work on providing value to customers and less on dragging out projects for the hourly revenue..
