I have been working at Arcadia.io full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Strong product with customers who are enthusiastic about the value that Arcadia provides. Good overall culture with work/life balance. Decent benefits.

    Cons

The Website is outdated and needs a makeover. Some micro-managing and chest thumping going on but now days employees speak out more so this will go away.

    Advice to Management

Give the website a makeover. How is this not done already? It's a minimal investment for a potentially big return.
