    Pros

    I love the people I work with. My dept believes in teamwork and our manager always has our back. Great benefits.

    Cons

    Company now in NC. Since the acquisition, it has been challenging on knowing exactly what will happen with our dept.

    Pros

    Good Benifits, 401k, stocks, pension, pto and sick pays.
    Walnut Creek location had free garage parking, and access to bart accross the street.

    Cons

    No communcation from Upper management.
    Arch bought PMI = Huge Layoffs
    Arch bought UGC = Huge Layoffs
    Don't care about employees or customers

    Advice to Management

    Don't layoff the people who got the company to where it is today. "Mixing blood with water" All that talent gone.
