    Pros

They stick to what they know, however what they know is becoming less relevant. Good benefits and they generally hire good people.

    Cons

Lack of vision for the future. Management that led the ICG acquisition have not been held accountable for their mistake.

    Advice to Management

Should have diversified your coal exposure many years ago. Hindsight is 20/20. Since the banks now run the business, management has little incentive or capital to innovate.
