    Pros

    Some hard working individuals, decent pay and benefits compared to smaller places. Won’t get let go unless you are genuinely a screw up,

    If you are one of the few good employees you will be forced to work more overtime than anyone would want, lazy co workers and one other lead is lazy and likes to point fingers at everyone else when they just sit on their lazy butt watching their phone half the day, zero maintenance program and half the plant belongs in a museum not working

    The people were awesome Pay was good Interesting work

    Cons

    No knowledge of quality procedures or practices Quantity over quality on the line from station to station Quality was inspected into product as opposed to built into product

    Pay is nice, and it is straight forward.

    Cons

    It's simple work, however the people in charge are demanding. Sometimes training can be inadequate, leading to problems. There is not alot of stability of work you may work alot of overtime, or sometimes not have enough work.
