    Avoid until change of management

    Pros

Relaxed atmosphere although clearly not well managed as too many abuse. No blame culture, but again poorly managed and this means no accountability and poor performance not being addressed.

    Cons

Poor communication, majority of workforce under skilled and inexperienced placing too much pressure on those who are. Payrises and promotions are based on who shouts the loudest or goes down the pub with senior management. No consistency or fairness across the company. Lack of leadership, too inexperienced and the CEO is far too immature. Lack of accountability. Poor decision making.

    Great potential, poor leadership, chaos

    Pros

very flexible work life balance - you can do what you want nice people in your team products have potential to make a large impact - if they worked

    Cons

Pay isn't great compared to what other companies pay for the same position Not a lot of ability for upward or even lateral movements in the company. You either completely change departments or change companies. Inadequate training for newer hires Disconnect from upper management to the needs of employees Lots of people leaving not being replaced - high stress for those that remain Lack of collaboration among departments politics and favouritism - difficult to get things done nut jobs at the helm with little to no experience or ability to lead

Arcus is a fun and interesting place to work

    Pros

Arcus does some really interesting work and gives you the opportunity to make you feel like you are making a real difference. There are a lot of friendly and lovely people that work there, that are happy to lend a hand if you have any questions. There are a lot of events and organised activities to take part in. The work is very flexible and flexi time is very handy to fit in appointments. There is a good opportunity to learn new skills and take Salesforce certifications. The travel to customers breaks up the week and keeps things varied.

    Cons

There is quite a high turn over of staff so Arcus' focus is on employing new staff, this means there is no room to offer current employees increases on their salary. If you want a pay rise the only option is to seek employment elsewhere. When new staff join they are given priority so you end up losing your project work to new staff joining, this can be pretty demotivating.

    Friendly coworkers, but difficult management

    Pros

The people in this company are very young and energetic. They like to spend time with each other and there are often out of work activities, which were fun.

    Cons

Leadership and direction of the company was not very clear, pay was much lower than a lot of different companies, which is why retention was quite bad. There was a general constant feeling of the company failing and it did not feel like a secure place to work.
