Pros
There used to be pros many years ago. I have been with this company 5 years as a recruiter and i have watched things go from great to horrible over the years.
Cons
The owners only care about themselves. They are dishonest and they lie to their staff. They haven’t been matching the employee’s 401k since March and decided to tell us now. If thats not dishonest then I don’t know what is. The company clearly isn’t doing well and wont be in business much longer given the amount of deals they have been getting each week and all the cut backs they have been making. Majority of their employees are looking for new jobs so soon enough they wont have staff for their business to operate. They opened a new LLC supposedly for their nursing division which now only has 1 employee in that division. Something doesn’t seem right with this picture.

Pros
I like to work here for many reasons. One of them is the people. I feel we have a good group of people that work really well together and even manage to have a little fun. I like getting up in the morning and coming here. It doesn’t feel like a JOB because I enjoy and take pride in what I do. I love when I can contribute and feel like I make a difference. We work in a beautiful office, we have good pay, benefits, great hours, a management team that cares and works with you when you are going through issues (work or personal). What more can you ask for? I don’t know! My Manager is probably one of the best Managers I have ever worked for. He is helpful, kind and gives me positive advice when I need it. I feel like he trusts me to do my job and that makes me feel good and makes me want to be even more productive.
Cons
Honestly, it's hard for me to come up with any. I know it seems odd, but it's true.

Pros
There are quite a few pro's which have kept me from passing opportunities with other companies. Work life balance is important and they honor that. If for any reason I need to pick up children or make an appointment, I never get push back. Hard work is honored with incentives. Gas Cards, PTO, Cash rewards. Flexibility in work schedule Paid weekly x 2. I have never worked for a company where I was paid twice PER WEEK with commission and my base. Most of the time younger employees will feel that the grass is greener on the other side or that other staffing companies would be different but that isn't the case. This is a sales driving business and if you aren't making the cut then a larger corporation would cut you with no hesitation. I have
Cons
Well respected SR Personal have left due to the new management that was brought on which is unfortunate. I truly feel that some of the new leadership that have been brought on do not care about this company but the owners definitely do. They were just lead by the wrong team.

Pros
I was successful in sales here and made pretty good money for over 2 years then moved on when the time was right. Just keep to yourself and don't get comfortable, don't believe the "you are family" bs and watch your back. Company cruises were a good morale booster, we always had good food, enjoyed some of the other sales people I worked with but couldn't stomach the "leaders" of this company after having worked in the past for truly professional companies, even smaller ones.
Cons
Harassment, Racism, nepotism, very low class owners who are wanna-be high class, used to be 4 owners but they even "ate their own" and ended up kicking out the 2 that had true staffing experience to the curb, promoting people with no experience or skills to those roles at a cheaper rate. Owners Not well educated or sincere people when it comes down to it, although they try to put up a good front. Most people don't last 3-6 months here-revolving door.

Pros
The one and only coffee dispenser (for 60 employees to share) accepts the refillable Keurig pods so it doesn't cost that much when you buy your own coffee. The cubicles are spacious, and the parquet floors look almost like real wood. All joking aside, the line-level employees are sweet and kind and take a genuine interest in their coworkers. Employees are encouraged to leave their work at work.
Cons
The owners send mass emails out to the company, telling them to like and share favorable posts on social media to generate more positive attention. You read that correctly - they literally tell their employees to like and share social media posts. The management team exhausts much energy trying to keep up the facade of the "family-oriented environment" and spends little time trying to figure out why their sales numbers are lower year-over-year, even though they are bleeding money, paying salaries for redundant positions and inefficient sales models. The "benefits" package resembles that of a 6-person company, not that of an 80-person company. I met with their existing COO and the newly-hired CEO one month before my start date. One was fired and the other quit before I began my employment.

Hi there, we're sorry that you haven't enjoyed your time at Ardor Health. Whether you're still employed with us or you have since left the company, we'd like to clarify a couple of things that you might have misunderstood during your time here. Managers do encourage staff to share social media posts from time to time, but this has never at all been mandatory, and the practice of company-wide social media involvement is actually quite common across corporations in 2017. These emails are typically sent in an effort to bring attention to a post about the accomplishments of a traveler or one of Ardor Health’s team members. We're not sure where you are getting the numbers regarding inefficient sales models or lower numbers since it appears you were not in our finance department. But we'd wish you wouldn't throw out bold claims like that without proof. On that note, you mentioned a newly hired CEO that had quit or was fired. The founder and CEO of the company has not changed since the company's founding in 2001. Lastly, all of the reviews are verified and reviewed by Glassdoor. So none of them are fake. That would be in violation of Glassdoor's TOS. Again, we're sorry you haven't enjoyed your experience at Ardor Health, and we value you what constructive criticism you've offered, but please verify the facts before you post a review in the future. Best of luck.

Pros
Weekly commissions and weekly base base. Prior to top producers, VP’s, and managers being run off by the owners, Ardor had great training for AE’s to become Territory Managers or RA’s to become recruiters.
Cons
They used to let you leave early if you hit the weekly goal, but then started to become beyond micromanaging about how many calls you were making to leave early even if you brought in extensions or deals that week. The owners announced in April of 2018 that they were taking the company to Epcot. The trip was fun, but in October 2018 we were told that they haven’t been contributing to our 401k’s since the previous March prior to the Epcot announcement. They also were 6 months behind in rent for the office and somehow not evicted. Several other little things were trickling like their E-sign service for documents shutting down, because they couldn’t pay a lousy $500 bill.

Pros
Owners are kind, compassionate, and sincerely care for their employees. Ardor means heart and the owners have definitely lived up to its name. Ardor ranks top or has a solid foothold on Allied Healthcare Staffing market space. This company will continue to grow and has a bright future. Ardor's top sales producers are tenured. Ardor's strategic direction is solid and will for sure bring more growth.
Cons
With growth there are definitely room for improvements. Potentially, a better change management strategies. Additionally, focus on integration of new ideas, innovation, and hired experience blending in with the current political landscape. Tap into different perspectives or fresh ideas. Objectivity in evaluating feedback or secure all sides of a situation prior to a decision. Motives and agendas may be best identified through this methodology. Definitely infuse Ardor with new talent and hire experienced personnel.

Pros
For the first year and a half this was my favorite job EVER. There was a fun environment, awesome contests (paid cruises for employee plus 1!), cash and gift card spiffs. As long as I remained in the "in crowd" life was AMAZING.
Cons
You can go from being favored to on the outside in tge blink of an eye. People you think you can trust WILL betray you. Management will give you the idea that they have your back when in all reality they will stab you in the back if it benefits them. The favoritism is REAL amd it was AWESOME when I was a favorite. It sucked when I was obviously ousted off their clique survivor type Island. The OWNER (male...Mike L) actually announced in a morning meeting he would like us to go to Glassdoor and submit fake reviews to up our rank on the site AND to get us more leads! Gross.
