Coworkers are nice. Customer base is good.
Cons
Manager rides you into the ground. Will text you after every job. Pay is definitely on the lower side of the spectrum. They don’t take care of company vehicles. These vans are held together by duct tape and good luck on stopping when you need to.

Great culture with owners that truly care about their employees. This company gives the employee the opportunity to grow in their career if they show initiative and drive.
Cons
There are not enough employees to meet the high demand of the busy schedule. We are avidly looking for new employees to join our family!

Very relaxed Drama Free PTO All the staff get along Very inviting and helpful

Very limited PTO and the health insurance is VERY expensive.
