    Pros

    The free snacks, cool office space, nice location

    Cons

    Work long hours, underpaid, lack of training, seriously avoid this place recent college graduates they throw a bunch of work at you and barely teach you anything. You will work long hours and get underpaid.

    Advice to Management

    Stop showing favoritism

    Pros

    They value talent, aim to make great things possible and feature an open and agile culture. Employees are encouraged to have a lot of fun together.

    Cons

    What's to be expected at a company this size: they can't guarantee that every manager is as positive, motivating, inspiring and fair as they hope them to be. When someone more senior can't control their moods, it can be demotivating for the team.

    Pros

    IT is everything to be done internally in online and they have a few really clients which you can learn from.

    Cons

    They have the worst of a small enterprise, lack of resources, and the worst of a big one, excessive bureaucracy and too much policy decisions.

    They must adjust properly the human resources to workload, focus more on quality than quantity work. They have to try to be really mates with each others and more human
