    Pros

The office is in a great part of Los Angeles (if you like the city), salaries are competitive, and they seem to be doing well overall.

    Cons

This office is newer than the others and experiences sudden spurts of growth or change but should be stabilizing well now.

I have been working at Arent Fox full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I'm a Project Assistant with Arent Fox, and they took a chance on me even though I don't have any legal experience. This has provided a great foot in the door in the legal field and has been a wonderful place to learn more about the life of an attorney. Every person at the office has helped me learn and they've all been understanding when I ask questions.

    Cons

It can get really fast-paced, really quickly. That's good for some people, but it can also feel intimidating.

    Advice to Management

None - you guys are doing fantastically!
