    I have been working at Argo Turboserve full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great team work, awesome learning opportunities, wide range of software suites for Security and Monitoring, awesome management.

    Cons

    Being on call 24/7 can affect Work/Life balance, even on vacation, but you will never be asked to work any harder than the other team members. Everyone here is very dedicated and it shows in the quality of the infrastructure.

    Pros

    People were great to work with. Pay was reasonable, hours were good.

    Cons

    In my experience there were no cons to working for Argo. The issue in my case was the customers whos contract I worked on. The customer was hard to work with.

    A diverse global company with a wide product offering.

    Lack of Strategy, Short-sided thinking and unable to react to changing economic situations

    Focus on a strategy and put in pace a documented succession plan and allow divisions to team and share talent to better the overall company

    Exciting, risk taking business, where you can thrive and grow with the company. Great people and exciting fast paced work. Data driven and metric focused.

    Cons

    Business is growing quickly pressing the company to mature on the fly. Business is run lean, but several functional areas need development to support size and scope of growing client base.

    Advice to Management

    Stay focused on the business, strengthening existing client relationships and landing new clients. Need more clients in multiple markets to guard against downturns in specific markets.
