I have been working at Ariadne full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Many different projects and modern technologies are used.
    Good medical insurance.
    Annual salary reviews.

    Cons

No financial or any other 'stimulation' bonuses.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Ariadne as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

May be remote. Flexible or even free schedule. May be compatible with another work (e.g. if you do PCR/phoresis and have long idle intervals).

    Cons

Career opportunities are not assumed unless you have really outstanding skills in both science and IT. Salary was just slightly increased once a year. Manual data mining may be boring. Heavy intellectual load may distract you from the main job (if you have one, assuming it is also in science).
