    Pros

    Reasonable Pay, Opportunity for Advancement, Nice perks like free lunch 2 days a week and free beer every Friday.

    Cons

    Since people move up fast some of the leadership lack the skills needed to manage people. That being said, most management tries to do well by the employees.

    Pros

    Great training, travel and benefits.

    Cons

    Joined during SAP/Ariba transition and Ariba management/employees were having a difficult time adapting to SAP management and methodology.

    Advice to Management

    Customers are always right and come first no matter what. We should make it happen...

    Great People who actually care about you, Good training and most managers are in tune with employees

    Cons

    Salary and comp package is very low for the industry. Advancement is hard to come by unless one pushes with all their might.

    Advice to Management

    Have clearer expectations for advancement and increase the compensation. Many quality consultants are lost to competitors' Ariba practices

    Pros

    Open-minded, friendly atmosphere, high amount of days of paid sick leave, great opportunities to grow fast if one is ambitious, good facilities one can ask for, also ergo equipment.

    Cons

    Company is extending and many procedures are being slowly introduced. That can be both positive for people, who need to follow certain processes and negative for more creative people, who like to think independently and are result oriented.

    Pros

    Youthful, growing, upbeat atmosphere. Work schedule flexibility. Management works with personal education and career goals to make internship experience the most beneficial to the interns.

    Cons

    All video-based training followed with some small presentation group trainings. Working with systems requires more hands-on interaction for it to fully stick. Lots of information to process and comes with continued exposure and practice over time.

    Advice to Management

    Consider consulting a larger user-base for future system implementations
