    Pros

Not ready to take up dynamics of upcoming technology

I have been working at Aricent as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

There is nothing positive about working for this company. They have violated several of their own business code of conduct and unfair, illegal treatment towards their employees

    Cons

Salary, compensation package, breech contracts by agreeing to perform annual reviews, pay increases, bonus's and never follow thru. Their salaries are far below the minium salary range for your position and they focus primarily on their margin, instead of caring about treating employees fair and retaining them. They pay OT bonus's late and sometimes not at all. If you have a concern or questions, forget about ever getting a response. no matter how many times you follow-up and no matter who you escalate too.

    Advice to Management

Focus on your employees, instead of your margins. You keep losing Top Performers to your largest competitors and your largest business accounts and clients to your largest competitors. Even your own in-house employees have left in large quantities bc they could no longer work for such an unethical company that discriminates against their employees and refuses to compensate them.

I have been working at Aricent full-time

    Pros

Fairly good salary, get to work from home, good vacation policy; if you can check your morals and ethics at the door and sit back to collect the pay check, then this isn't a bad gig.

    Cons

Terrible culture - the worst! Extremely hostile environment for women - even if you're not located in India! If you're not Indian then your opinion doesn't matter. Culture is one of politicking and back-stabbing. Engineering division thinks they run the company. I don't trust the Finance team - shaky stuff going on there.

    Advice to Management

Fix the culture! Operate with true honesty and integrity; treat people with respect; break down the Indian culture barrier; Successful global companies know that business is won/lost at the local level.

Very good software vision, good customer testimonials and modest customer base (a few marquee names).

    Cons

Poor management. Leadership lacks discipline and changes direction every two weeks. Unstable work environment for Sales, Management, Technology and Accounting.

    Advice to Management

Hire the right talent, agree on a direction, provide a reasonable budget and then let the Management Team you've selected do their jobs without constant interference and knit picking from ownership and investors.

I have been working at Aricent full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Before the US corp office was closed, US employees enjoyed a great 401K match and good salaries.

    Cons

Company moved corporate functions to the Indian based business units.
US leaders were / are not valued and are resented by legacy Aricent peers.

    Advice to Management

Slip it up and sell it off.
