I have been working at Aricent full-time

    Pros

Aricent technology options and learning will be very good.
Best company to work till E2 to E4 level

    Cons

Most of the long timer in the company show unethical behavior and can't be discussed with your superior/HR who is again a long timer in Aricent... You would be humiliated if you try to get focus on any technical aspect.

Work life balance would be very less. Customer commitments are very high without understanding the available resource and resources skills set. After the customer commitment, newly joined E5 and above will be scrutinized badly.

I have been working at Aricent full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Technology wise work is really good and get opportunity to learn and grow technically

    Cons

Offshore work culture in most of the projects is really bad. Unrealistic deadlines and late work stays is very common among most of the projects.

Onsite compensations are one of the worst among industry standards.

    Advice to Management

The management should be more transparent. Processes are in place, but not followed for all.

I have been working at Aricent full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No one bothers you. Nobody care. You get paycheck and they get theirs.

    Cons

No communication. I still don't know who my real manager is after 1 1/2 years as it changed 3 times.

    Advice to Management

First get your act together instead of lecturing and changing head office

I have been working at Aricent full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As long as contract is there, they respect and make you work. Payment is on time. HR gets involved to support administration issues

    Cons

Very less pay to employees and not even a welcome lunch/dinner or yearly bonus gift. No perks. Just annual salary and once contract is over, they leave you on road.

    Advice to Management

Look at how employees are directly working at client sites and get feedback to have relationship with employees.
