    good childcare leave policies, stable job

    Low pay, understaffed, poorly managed the high turnover rate among reporters speaks for itself

    If you love journalism and TV broadcasting experience and native English speaker, it’s perfect.

    Cons

    People to work with really depends. Very conservative korean-hierarchy tough working atmosphere

    Pros

    Cool. it's a peer culture and they wear casual outfits unlike any other conservative Korean companies. Colleagues and so kind and managers are not that bossy.

    Cons

    They don't care about the TV ratings-even though it's TV broadcasting station. I couldn't find any motivation and most of workers are dissatisfied with their fringe benefits and wage.

    Pros

    One of few employers in the field it allows you to experience the industry before entering the domestic market. Pays on time usually.

    Cons

    The CEO gets appointed by a new administration. It makes the management not take reponsibilities and try anything to make it better. They just want to spend time without any risk taking. If you don't have inside connections you will be spooked.

    Good place to learn and do new projects. A lot of opportunities open as long as your passionate about what you do.

    Cons

    Pays very badly and management is very conservative.
