      Pros

Flexible schedule, pay sometimes ok, ok way to earn extra money if using as additional revenue. I use this for additional income- when I want to service, I do. If I don't I dont.

      Cons

Long training classes you pay abd they are also unpaid training classes, constant changes with clients that may or may not effect your life/situation, most contact to supervdon't. or for information is through chat. The only live person you interact with after class is your Qapf. Long wait times for agents support via the chat support specialist, sometimes receive inaccurate or different information from chat specialist. Pay attention to vague language in your SOW.
