    Pros

Work from home, contracted so you have the ability to choose when you need a break. There is room to grow if you want to.

    Cons

Pay could be better for positions outside of being an agent. The positions outside of that require much work and pay should reflect that.

    The cost to startup omg

    Pros

You work from home. You choose what company you wanna answer for.

    Cons

You pay for EVERYTHING to start and you pay for training and you DON’T get paid until training is over which can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 weeks. Making ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY!!! You have homework and class work that you must pass. We are not in school if we get it we get it and move forward. If we don’t get it we move onto something that we do get. It’s that simple. 80% of Americans can not go through a training for 4 weeks with ZERO income.
