    I worked at Aristocrat Technologies full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

    lots of feedback(some even usefull), sometimes easy to contact people, scheduling was usually clear, end user information (i.e. PAR sheets, Base chip information, etc..) was easily accessible for field techs.

    Cons

    obsessive focus on Overtime to the deteriment of normal operations, questionible job standards(i.e. "get the job done" vs "the approved way is.."), routine unequal division of labor among remote techs,

    Advice to Management

    Remember who is the most important person in the company is: THE CUSTOMER. No customers, no business. No business, no job.

    I have been working at Aristocrat Technologies full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

    Most people come in contact with have a genuinely positive attitude about ATI. Individual teams tend to look of each other. There are some managers that takes care of their people not just one person but the whole team. Great community outreach. Active at at promoting personal and financial health. Pay is fair. Recognition program is improving.

    Cons

    Individual departments do not have an understanding what other departments go through. Heavy middle management. Regional employees health insurance could be improved. Employee bonus program for the ground troops simply sucks.

    Advice to Management

    Help the individuals not just magament in each department what happens in the other department the directly relays on them. So each person has some understanding the daily challenges of others.
