Helpdesk Technician
Aug 31, 2017 - Helpdesk Technician in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Unlike other helpdesk technician positions where all that you do is sit behind a computer all day and answer a phone. You will have opportunities to go into the server rooms and touch the equipment, install network equipment, document cookie jars.
Cons
Everything I wrote in the Pros is part the biggest reason of the cons. Because you have access to all of that and are expected to help in those areas if you have the knowledge and the know-how. I feel that the company is taking advantage of the employee, who is performing the task of a System/Network admin, but it still paid the rate of an entry level helpdesk technician. Pain Doctor gives raises based off of Job Titles and responsibilities. Unfortunately, they do not hold to these principles very well, as they want the most value for the cheapest amount.

Pros
Unsure ..maybe the CFO and CEO will open their eyes and read the reviews
Cons
Communication is gone.Cross training, informative meetings on required protocols that used to be relayed, tools that were given to be a team (which is a necessity for growth, maintenance of the practice) DO NOT exist. It is SO bad.The non communication, positive rapor that was in the dept.prior to July..We use to have webinar trainings and tons of resources. With untrained employees including supervisors who give "I Dont Know' answers all the time...destroys the growth of Pain Doctor.

Management direct opposite if core principles LIKES
Jul 2, 2016 - AR Reimbursement Specialist in Scottsdale, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Gossip, snakes and traps in the grass. If this is what you're looking for apply here.
Cons
Dishonest, lacks integrity. Wants reps that will brown nose and keep quiet about issues that are wrong. Will condone inappropriate behavior from agents they like and HR will do what management says despite common sense knowledge or disposition. They will write you up only to fire you for absolutely no reason with no problems evidence. Follow your gut. If your personality doesn't mess with the manager you won't be hired and if you are phony in your interview you get hired when your true self comes out they will fire you and tell you you won't get your PTO because they're hiring you with just cause. Fun at first...
Jun 23, 2019 - Medical Assistant in Scottsdale, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Lots of drugs reps coming with food or coffee. Most providers were super chill to work with but some were pretentious.
Cons
Cliques and pettiness to the max, if you didn't get in with them they would send you elsewhere to other locations. I eventually got moved to the admin office which I hated since I never got to see patients anymore. I was in tears to my boss and he said I need you here not there. Felt like a huge weight off to put in my notice.

Everyone is kind and most people care Competitive salary Leader in market Trying to fix things
Cons
You are either in the executive team or out of the loop. Promotion are given to owners relatives Huge lack of communication New company that has grown way to fast Entire company is on reaction and not prevention Trying to go to many directions and not focusing on what makes them money Do not provide the patient care they say they do
