I have been working at Arizona State University full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Enormous place, great for networking, amenities on top of benefits like gym membership and an onsite health facility with PCPs and sports med doctors that are Mayo clinic associated. Pay is decent but fixed.

    Cons

Late on payments several times, last minute contracts due to budget changes within department detract from job stability. Parking is expensive, many buildings are restricted to walk-only access, so be prepared to show up sweaty after a half mile walk on summer days.

    Advice to Management

It's unethical to skip a payment on this year so you can save on your taxes, you'll have to pay more anyways and some of us depend on the timely nature of salary disbursement...
