    Pros

    Lots of Flexible Work Time.
    Great first Job Experience.
    Supervisor is very understanding.

    Cons

    Little salary
    Actually have to work compares to other campus job.

    Advice to Management

    Raise the pay a little more, since we are currently working under minimum wages.

    I have been working at Arizona State University part-time

    Pros

    The hours are mostly flexible, and depending on who your work for you might do less hours than your contract say.

    Cons

    The salary hasn't increase at all for many years, while cost of living in the area has skyrocketed. You're also only allowed to work 20 h/week with not possibility to get another job.

    Advice to Management

    It's hard to attract the best students when the salary is lower than other competing universities

    Opportunity of going back to school at a campus with a lot of experiential opportunities.

    Cons

    Needs more encouragement for staff to be connected to the innovative atmosphere and be innovative themselves.
