    Pros

    Getting to know the residents and faculty at ASU. Learning how to think on your feet about unique situations. Fun work environment.

    Cons

    There was sometimes a language barrier with international students, but they were patient while I was trying to help them.

    Great benefits, nice colleagues, and very dynamic.

    Cons

    There is no consistency between management styles across the university. Difficult to conduct cross-disciplinary activities.

    Breakdown silos to allow for collaboration on larger projects.

    I have been working at Arizona State University part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It usually pays well for most positions.
    Landing a part-time job is not easy but once you get it, it's great.
    Helps a lot as a student.

    Cons

    Switching jobs is not an option in most cases because there are few opportunities.
    Salary hike almost never happens for a student.
